Resistance Welding

Bergstrom Europe Fabrication resistance welding machines are rated between 25 to 100 kVA. These are used for the fast, efficient spot-welding of various fabrications in mild steel as well as galvanized steel and stainless steel.

These machines are also used to join various projection welded fixings such as weld-nuts, studs and or pins which create a strong joint that will not loosen under vibration and are located using pre-pierced guide holes and locating pilots on the fixings.

Mig/Tig Welding

Used for welding various components/fabrications in either mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium.

Mig welding is a fast and efficient method for welding various part/products effectively.
Tig welding is a more precise welding process and is ideally suited to thin materials.

All welding processes are supported with LEV and RPE.
Any fabrications requiring critical assembling/welding can also be supported with the use of fixtures/aids to maintain key dimensions.

PEM fittings

We can also offer PEM fittings as an alternative to resistance welded fittings.

This method uses force to joint fixings to sheet metal parts/assembly’s without the need for electricity/heat on various materials such as mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
